Assist you in negotiations when we receive a purchase agreement. Thoroughly explain the offer to purchase and all it’s ramifications.

Monitor the transaction and keep you informed about inspections, appraisal, buyer’s financing, title work, and more.

Keep you informed of the progress of the transaction and return your phone calls, texts and emails promptly.

Review the final closing documents and attend the closing with you.
